Saudi Arabia has taken a major step to support Pakistani students

In a recent announcement, Saudi Arabia has taken a major step to support Pakistani students by offering 700 fully funded scholarships.  These scholarships will enable students to study in some of the top 25 universities across the country.

Earlier the number of scholarships provided was 600 but now it has been increased to 700, which is an expression of the Saudi government's commitment to invest in the education of Pakistani students.

Scholarships are available for various academic levels, including diploma, bachelors, masters, and PhD programs.  Pakistani students in Pakistan and those legally residing in Saudi Arabia can apply for these scholarships through the online portal provided by the Saudi Ministry of Education.

The scholarship program provides comprehensive support to recipients.  It covers tuition fees, provides a monthly stipend, provides accommodation facilities, includes return tickets, and even provides a three-month furnishing allowance for married students.  Additionally, students will have access to medical care, and will receive a monthly stipend ranging from 850 to 900 Saudi Riyals.

This initiative is an important opportunity for Pakistani students to pursue higher education in Saudi Arabia with all necessary financial support.  This is in line with Saudi Arabia's ongoing efforts to strengthen its educational ties with Pakistan.

Additionally, in a separate development, Australia's University of Wollongong has also extended prestigious scholarships to Pakistani students, a major step forward in international education opportunities for Pakistani scholars.

For more details about the application process and requirements, interested candidates can visit the official scholarship portal: Saudi Scholarship Portal.

These scholarship opportunities reflect the commitment of these countries to support educational opportunities for Pakistani students and promote international cooperation in the field of higher education.
